STUFFED PARATHA

ITEMS NEEDED
FOR OUTER LAYER
chappathi dough-for five

FOR STUFFING

boiled potato-3nos( iwrapped in tissue paper and cook it for 3 mnts)
red chilli pwdr-2 tspn
cumin pwdr-1/4 tspn
garam masala pwdr-1/4 tspn
turmeric pwdr-1/8 tspn
ginger and garlic paste-1 tspn
 salt as required

METHOD
 Mix all the items given below for stuffing and make smooth stuffing and keep aside.
 now make a lemon size ball with  dough  and make a dent in the center and keep a lemon size ball of potato masal and roll to a thin round and cook it on hot tawa  by brushing some oil on both sides and serve hot with any veg kurma or raitha.
