BREAD BALLS
ITEMS NEEDED
left over bread(wheat or white)-3 to 4 powdered(i use wheat)
left over rice-1/2 cup
onion-3 tbsp minced
green chilli-2 minced
ginger and garlic-eac 1 tspn minced
curry leaves and corainder leaves tbsp chopped
mix all together by adding little water and form a dough and make small round balls and keep it in fridge for 15 mnts.
heat oil in a pan and deep fry them ad serve.
serve hot with any sauce(i use chilli sauce).
