STRAWBERRY KESARI



ITEMS NEEDED
- Vermicilli - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tspn
- Red color - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Strawberry pulp - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Cashew nut - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Dry grapes - 1 tbsp



METHOD
    Roast vermicilli in 1 tbsp of ghee and keep aside. Mix red color with 2 tbsp of milk.
    Boil 3 cups of water, then it starts bubbles, add roasted vermicilli, salt and allow to cook, once cooked add sugar, strawberry pulp and 1 tspn of ghee and cook until sugar is melted. Now add cashew nuts, dry grapes and remaining ghee, stir it well. Cook it until it leaves the sides of pan, enjoy the flavor of strawberry in each bite.
