MANGO KESARI



ITEMS NEEDED
- Sooji - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tspn
- Yellow color - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Mango pulp - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Cashew nut - 2 tbsp
- Mango essence - 1 tspn
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Dry grapes - 1 tbsp



METHOD
    Roast sooji rawa in 1 tbsp of ghee and keep aside. Mix yellow color with 2 tbsp of milk.
    Boil 3 cups of water, then it starts bubbles, add roasted sooji, salt and allow to cook, once cooked add sugar, Mango pulp and 1 tspn of ghee and cook until sugar is melted. Now add essence, cashew nuts, dry grapes and remaining ghee, stir it well. Cook it until it leaves the sides of pan, enjoy the flavor of Mango in each bite.
