PODI MASALA IDLY


ITEMS NEEDED
- Onion - 1/2 cup
- Green chilli - 1
- Left over idly - 4-5
- Mustard seed - 1 tspn
- Uradhal - 1 tspn
- Curry leaves
- Idly podi - 2 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp


METHOD
Cut idly into 4 pieces. Heat oil in a pan, temper with mustard seed, uradhal, curry leaves,. Now add onion, green chilli and fry until onion turns into light brown color. Now add podi powder and fry for few seconds. Now add those idly pieces and mix well until idly powder is well coated. Finally, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and serve hot.
