| Cut paratto into pieces,chop onion and tomatoes. |
Saunf-1/2 tspnGinger Garlic Paste-1tspn
Chilli Powder-1tspn
Curry Powder-1tspn
Turmeric powder-1/2tspn
Pepper Pwdr-1/2 tspn
Garam Masala Powder-1/4 tspn
Spring Onion-2tbsp
Carrot-1cup shredded
Green beans-5 chopped
Channa Boiled 1cup
Capsicum-1/4cup
Oil -1tbsp
chop all the vegetables and boiled channa keep by side
heat oil in a kadai,add saunfand ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes
| add curry leaves |
| add chopped onion and green chilly and fry it |
| add all the masala pwdrs and mix well. |
| add the vegetables and cook it. |
| add the tomatoes and cook until smashed. |
| add the boiled channa and mix well. |
| add the paratto's and mix well until masala's are coated well and switch off the heat. |
| serve hot with raitha. |
