VEGETABLE RICE

ITEMS NEEDED
Onion-1
Green Chilli-2
Vegetables-3/4 cup(carrot,eans,peas and cauliflower)
Ginger and Garlic Paste-1 tspn
Oil-1tbsp
Cinnamon,Cloves,Cardomom and Bayleaves-each 1
Milk-1cup
Water-1cup
Rice-1cup(basmathi rice)
Mint and Corainder Leaves-1 handful
Salt as needed.
METHOD
First soak rice for 1/2hour,heat oil in a pan temper with cinnamon cardomom,cloves and bayleaves,add mint and corainder leaves and fry for a second,now, add onion and greenchilli fry until raw smells goes add ginger garlic paste,fry it well,add vegetables and fry it,now,add rice and mix it well for 2 mnts,now add milk and water and let it boil and then add salt(add salt after milk get boiled) and close it and put whistle and keep it for 10mnts in low flame.once cooked u can add 1 tspn of ghee for rich taste(optional).
