METHOD
Wash and cut mushroom into bite size,heat oil in a kadai temper with fennel seed,curry leaves,now add onion and garlic fry them until raw smell goes,now add tomato and fry it until smashed,add mushroom,turmeric powder and chilli powder and salt to taste,saute them well until cooked,it mat take few mnts .good with samar rice and curd rice........
