CHILLI CHAPPATHI
ITEMS NEEDED
onion-1 chopped
tomato-1 chopped
green chilli-2 nos minced
curry leaves-little
mint and corainder leaves-each 2 tbsp chopped
mixed vegetales (carrot,beans,peas,mushroom and cooked chickpeas) -2 cups
kasthoori methi leaves-1tspn
chilli pwdr-1tspn
corainder pwdr-1tspn
curry masala pwdr-1/2tspn
turmeric pwdr-1/4 tspn
saunf pwdr-1/4 tspn
cumin pwdr-1/4tspn
garam masala pwdr-1/2tspn
cinnamon stick-2 nos
bayleaves-1 petal
saunf-1tspn
ginger garlic paste-2tspn
tomato sauce-1tspn
soyasauce-1/2tspn
curd-2tbsp
chappathi-8 nos cut into pieces
cinnamon stick,bayleave,saunf ,green chilli and curryleaves |
mint and corainder leaves,kasthoori methi leaves |
chilly pwdr,corainder pwdr,currymasala pwdr,garam masala,turmeric pwdr,cumin pwdr,saunf pwdr and ginger and garlic paste |
onion,tomato and vegetables |
tomato sauce,soya sauce and curd |
chappathi pieces |
heat oil and add cinnamon,bayleaves and saunf |
add green chilli and curry leaves |
now add giner and garlic paste and fry it until raw smell goes |
now add onion and cook until it turns light brown |
add all masala pwdr and cook until raw smells goes |
add all the vegetables except chickpeas |
now add tomato and mix well |
add mint and corainder leaves |
add curd and mix it |
add soya sauce and tomato sauce |
once vegetables are cooked with masala add chick peas |
add kasthoori leaves and give it a stir |
add chopped chappathi pieces and mix until masala are coted with each and every pieces |
atlast add a tspn of lemon juice and mix well and switch off the stove |
serve with onion raitha. |
