CARROT RADISH AND BEANS MASALA
ITEMS NEEDED
mustard seed-1tspn
urad dhal-1tspn
redchilli-4 nos
turmeris pwdr-1/4tspn
onion-1/2 from whole onion
carrot,beans and radish-2 cups
salt as needed
oil-1tbsp



heat oil in a pan and add mustard and urad dhal,allow them to crackle.










now add redchilli and fry them.









now add onion and turmeric pwdr and fry them.










now add all the vegetables and salt and mix them and close with lid and keep in low flame until cooked.









cooked poriyal is ready to serve,serve with white rice and milagu gravy.
