METHOD
Heat oil in a pressure pan, add fennel seed, curry leaves, split red chilli and fry for few seconds, then add onion and chopped garlic - fry for a minute or 2 until onion smell goes away, now add chopped tomato and fry until tomato is cooked, add washed / cleaned mutton (goat meat), add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and little water, close pressure pan and cook for 3-4 whistle sound. Once pressure is released, open pressure pan and cook (in open pan) until water is evaporated and mutton becomes dry.
