Garlic Chopped- 1tbsp
Curry Leaves
Fennel Seeds=1/2tspn
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tspn
Pepper Powder-1 tbsp
Oil-1tbsp
Salt as needed
METHOD
Heat oil in a kadai add fennelseed,curryleaves once temper,add onions,greenchilli fry for until raw smell goes,add chopped garlic and fry,then add tomato fry until cooked,now add muhroom,turmeric powder and salt and cook.once mushroom is cooked add pepper powder and mix it well and switch off the stove.
