METHOD
Soak rice for 15 mnts,heat pressure cooker add oil temper with items above,add onion,fry for mnts add greenchilli and ginger garlic paste fry until raw smell goes,add mint and corainder leaves and mix it well,now add mushroom and fry for seconds,now add the soked rice and salt and mix it well,add 1:2 water let it boil,once started bubble,clos the cooker and put the whistle,switch the flame to sim cook for 10 mnts.serve hot.
