ITEMS NEEDED
Leftover Idly-7
Onion Chopped-1
Tomato Chopped-1
Pepper Powder-1/2tspn
Dhaniya Powder-2tspn
Tomato Sauce-1tbsp
Soya Sauce-1 tspn
Salt.
TO MARINATE IDLY
Red Chilli-5
Garlic-4
Egg-1
Maida Flour-1tbsp
Oil for frying

METHOD
Grind red chilli and garlic to coarse paste,cut idlies into four pieces,marinate with grinded paste,egg and flour,keep it for 10 mnts and deep fry them.In a kadai add 1spoon of oil and fry onion and tomato fry until cooked and add pepper pwdr and dhaniya powder fry until raw smells goes,now add tomto sauce and soya sauce and cook it, u can add little salt at this stage,now add the fried idlies and mix it well.Serve with raitha.

NOTE: You can avoid egg and dusted with flour only.
