ITEMS NEEDED
Beetroot Grated-1 cup
Ghee -1/2 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Cashew Nut-1 tbsp
Milk-1/4 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Salt-a pinch
METHOD
Heat a kadai and fry the grated beetroot until raw smell of beetroot goes,now add milk and water and cook until beetroot is cooked(keep flame in simmer),now add sugar and ghee and cook until its done ,now add cashewnut to garnish and done.
