RICE FLOUR ROTI

ITEMS NEEDED
Rice Flour  -1 cup
DrumstickLeaves -1 cup
Onion-1/2 onion
Green Chilly-3
Curry Laves-as needed
Pepper Powder -1 tspn
Jeera powder-1 tspn
Salt-as for taste
Water -as needed

METHOD
Chop onion,greeen chilly,curry leaves in to small pieces,now add all the above items (items needed section) together and mix it, now add water and make a dough, keep it aside for 10mnts and make dough into big lemon size balls. Pat directly in the heated pan (tava), sprinkle 1 tspn of oil  and close with lid. Flip to other side and cook (don't close with lid now) - Done. Serve with coriander or tomato chutney.
