Cauliflower -10 florets
Onion -1
Green Onion -3 tbsp
Green Chilly -1
Garlic Chopped -2 pieces
GingerChopped -1 small piece
Pepper Powder - 1 to 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves

For Marination
Lemon Juice -1 tbsp
Pepper Powder -1 tbsp
Egg -1(optional)
Maida -2 tbsp
Corn Flour -4 tbsp

Method
Add lemon juice,salt and pepper powder to cauliflower and marinate for 15 minutes,beat egg well,now add maida and corn flour make it to smooth paste,dip the cauliflower and deep fry them.heat the kadai add 2tbsp of oil when heated add chopped ginger and garlic fry it for a second,now add curryleaves,onion,green onion and green chilly fry it for a minute or less,now add the fried cauliflower to it and fry,addthe pepper powder mix it well and switch off the stove.Serve with any rice.
