KADAI VEGETABLE

ITEMS NEEDED
DRY FRY AND GRIND TO POWDER
Saunf/Fennel Seeds -1 tspn
Cumin Seeds -1 tspn
Methi Seeds -1/2 tspn
Redchilly -5 to 6(to your taste)
Corainder Seeds -2 tbsp
FRY IN 1 TSPN OF OIL AND GRIND
Oil-1 tspn
Cinnamon Stick-1 small piece
Cloves-2
Bay Leaves-1
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger and Garlic Paste-1 tspn

Onion -1cut in to big chunks
Capsicum-1cut into big chunks
Tomato-1 remove seeds and cut in to chunks
Vegetables-1.5 cups(carrot,beans,potato,and cauliflower)




METHOD
Boil vegetables with salt.when vegetables are half cooked strain it.
Heat oil in a kadai fry big chunks of onion,tomato and capsicum and keep aside.
Now add 2 tspn of oil in the same kadai add grinded onion,tomato masala fry ituntil raw smellls goes,now add boiled vegtablesand fry for few seconds,now add the dry masala an mix well,then add fried  onion ,tomatoand capsicum chunks and make make it as dry masala.once done.serve with rice
