Carrot - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee -4 tbsp
Water -1/2 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Cashew Nut -1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Heat a heavy bottom pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee to the heated pan, now add the grinded carrot to pan fry until raw smell of carrot goes, now add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk allow it to cook until thicken, now add sugar to it and cook, add the remaining ghee to it and keep on stirring, now add the roasted cashew to it and keep on stirring until its cooked, transfer to bowl and garnish it.
