CABBAGE AND CARROT KHEER

ITEMS NEEDED
Cabbage-1/2 cup
Carrot-1/2cup
Milk-1.5cup
Condensed Milk-3 tbsp                
Sugar-3/4 cup
Ghee-1 tbsp
Cashew Nut and Dry Grapes-1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat 1/2tbsp of ghee in a pressure pan and saute cabbage and carrot until raw smells goes,now add half cup of water to pressure cooker and close the lid and keep it for 3 whistle and then add milk and allow to boil and add sugar and condensed milk and cook until little thicken,once cooked add fried cashew and dry grapes and remaining ghee.
