METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,almond paste,salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala pwdr and lemon juice for one hour.Now comiing to white sauce,heat 50 gm butter in a pan with milk and maida flour and mix it well with medium heat ,it will get thicken,remove from stove and cool it.Now add oil in a pan and add cinnamon,cloves,onion,tomato fry them well and cool and grind to a smooth paste.Now add remaining butter in a pressure pan add onion and tomato paste and fry them well,now add the marinated chicken and cook it well,when chicken is cooked add white sauce and cook for 10 mnts and switch off the stove,garnish with corainder leaves and 1 spoon of butter and serve.
