CHILLI CHICKEN

ITEMS NEEDED

Onion-1 sliced thinly
Capsicum-1 cubed
Chilli Sauce-1tspn
Tomato Sauce-1 tspn
Soya Sauce-1tspn
Chilli Paste-1 tspn
Honey-1/2 tspn
Salt-as needed

MARINATION FOR CHICKEN
Chicken-1 lb
Maida-3tbsp
Cornflour3 tbsp
Rice flour -1 tbsp
Soya Sauce-1/4
Chilli Paste -1/2tspn
Water-as neede to make thick paste
salt.
Marinate chicken with the given items below for marination and keep refrigerate for 1 hour and take out and deep fry them ,don't fry them crispy,it has to be in soft texture.Now heat oil in a kadai add sliced onion and cubed capsicum and fry for second, it has to be crunchy,now add all the sauce and chilly paste (except honey) and mix well,now add fried chicken to it and mix well until chicken is well coated with sauce,atlast add the honey and give it a stir and remove from stove
